You began by thoroughly assessing the market in a 55+ community and advising a reasonable asking price.You then photographed the house and property posting 16 excellent pictures accompanying your real estate listing. Almost immediately you had two prospects and advised us correctly on negotiating a final price. When the buyer ran into credit problems, not of his own doing, you reacted proactively, both helping the buyer procure another lender as well as reshowing the house. Finally, the original buyer secured credit and the closing accomplished. This was a difficult sale, not only because of the housing market in Broward, but because my Mother moved up north and none of the family were available on site. This required you to manage most of the interactions with the Homeowners Association, as well as contractors to make the necessary repairs required prior to the closing.
